General manager of Confagricoltura Mantova and agricultural entrepreneur. From 1988 to 2003 he was deputy director of Confagricoltura Reggio Emilia, while from 2004 to 2007 he held the same position at Confagricoltura Parma. In January 2008, he was appointed director general of Confagricoltura Mantova. He holds the position of director within the Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Consortium.
